About the Role
The Registered Nurse is a healthcare team leader responsible for establishing personalized patient relationships, collaborating with physicians and team members to develop and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support a peaceful death. They utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journeys, taking responsibility and accountability for care management in line with policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- If reactivating an inactive or lapsed license, a board-approved refresher course is required.
- At least one year of acute nursing experience.
- Current RN license in the appropriate state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
