Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and re‑assessments
• Develop the plan of care
• Implement appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluate patient care interventions
• Supervise and coordinate licensed and non‑licensed personnel in patient care as assigned
• Provide guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
• Report to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president
• Assist with physical restraint of patients using the identified Behavior Management Technique System (Mental Health staff)
• Comply with any additional physical‑demand or respiratory fit‑test requirements
• Follow standard precautions to protect against infections, blood and body fluids, chemicals, and other hazards

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma or a multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire (Hospice positions require current CPR certification in lieu of BLS)
• Additional certifications and competencies required based on service‑line skill
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment, dependable transportation, and proof of automobile liability insurance (required for Hospice and Employee Health)
• For INTEGRIS Mental Health positions: ability to operate an INTEGRIS‑owned or personal vehicle, a current Oklahoma driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record
