Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing safe, effective, and patient-centered care using the nursing process. Key Duties: Evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams, uphold patient rights, maintain confidentiality, and ensure alignment with organizational standards. Qualifications: Must have graduated from a nursing program (associate's, diploma, or BSN), hold a current RN license, and obtain/maintain relevant certifications such as BLS, with additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, PALS, or specialized unit certifications as required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
