About the role
Heart of America Medical Center is a small critical access hospital offering a range of services to meet community needs. As a Registered Nurse in the Acute/Med Surg department, you will have the opportunity to work in the Emergency Room after training.
Responsibilities
- Work in an acute/medical-surgical setting
- Opportunity to work in the Emergency Room after training
- Receive a wage starting at $34/hr in the Emergency Room
- Shift incentives available for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Work 12-hour shifts, every 3rd weekend
- Onsite daycare provided at a $1.50/hr rate
- Assistance with daycare at other licensed daycares
- Tuition assistance available
- Lower nurse-to-patient ratio compared to larger hospitals
Requirements
Must have a current RN license in the state of Rugby, ND.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- Current CPR certification required
