Registered Nurse - Med Surg

About the role

Provide direct nursing care in a healthcare setting, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and communicating patient conditions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary teams
• Follow physician and nursing orders
• Assist with discharge planning to ensure seamless patient care
• Assess patient needs and coordinate care accordingly
• Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and protocols

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure
