About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. They utilize evidence-based practices, technology, and therapeutic interventions while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough assessments of physical, social, and psychological patient status
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Delegate and coordinate care with team members
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes
  • Adjust care plans based on patient responses to interventions
  • Maintain professionalism, legal compliance, and accurate documentation

Requirements

  • Current RN license in the practice state
  • Valid compact licenses transferred within 60 days if applicable
  • BSN required within four years for nurses with less than 12 months of experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
