About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. They utilize evidence-based practices, technology, and therapeutic interventions while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough assessments of physical, social, and psychological patient status
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Delegate and coordinate care with team members
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes
- Adjust care plans based on patient responses to interventions
- Maintain professionalism, legal compliance, and accurate documentation
Requirements
- Current RN license in the practice state
- Valid compact licenses transferred within 60 days if applicable
- BSN required within four years for nurses with less than 12 months of experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
