About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, utilizing evidence-based practices and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical, social, and psychological assessments
- Develop individualized care plans with patient, family, and team input
- Delegate and coordinate care
- Monitor patient responses and revise care plans as needed
- Promote professionalism by adhering to legal and ethical standards
- Document accurately and support colleagues
Requirements
- Valid RN license (compact licenses transferred within 60 days if applicable)
- BLS certification
- BSN within four years if less than 12 months of experience
