Registered Nurse - Med 3

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with mission, values, and standards. Key Responsibilities: Care delivery for step-down and medical-surgical patients, managing cardiac drips, post-procedural care, cardioversions, and ventilatory support like BIPAP and Airvo. Maintains appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios and collaborates with team members to ensure quality care. Qualifications & Skills: Must have a nursing degree (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure, and certifications such as BLS and ACLS (obtained within 90 days if not already held). Experience of at least 1 year preferred. Key Duties: Maintain patient confidentiality, evaluate care outcomes, and adhere to standards. Demonstrate professionalism and accountability, with a focus on patient safety and quality of care.
