Champion clinical safety and excellence by ensuring all unit activities exceed regulatory and accreditation standards through proactive education and oversight.

Manage the unit’s financial health by aligning expenditures and resources with the budget, ensuring the team is equipped with the tools they need to succeed while remaining fiscally responsible.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Education Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
  • Additional Preferences: 2 years of Surgery experience. Must have ability to review policies and update as necessary utilizing AORN Standards and Recommendations.
