How you’ll make an impact in this role

Direct High-Acuity Operations: Lead nursing resources and workflows in a fast-paced Critical Care environment, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver life-saving interventions and seamless patient care.

Mentor an Elite Clinical Team: Build a resilient, high-performing ICU unit through strategic hiring, specialized training, and continuous coaching focused on advanced critical care competencies.

Elevate Care Standards: Implement rigorous quality monitoring and evidence-based policies to maintain strict regulatory compliance and optimize patient outcomes in high-pressure situations.

Foster Collaborative Excellence: Act as a vital link between physicians, families, and staff to manage complex care plans and maintain a supportive, high-satisfaction environment for patients and providers alike.

Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

  • One or more of the following: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Required if working in adult critical care setting.

  • Education Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
