Registered Nurse - Main Emergency Dept - Part Time - Days

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care by assessing the patient’s physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs utilizing The Christ Hospital Health Network Professional Practice Model.
• Create personalized care plans that prioritize patient needs and goals, working closely with the patient and family.
• Provide evidence-based, best-in-class care by educating patients and families, executing well-planned interventions, and utilizing hospital policies and procedures.
• Monitor and adjust care based on patient outcomes and evidence-based practices.
• Drive improvement and achieve better outcomes through the development and evaluation of Performance Improvement (PI) initiatives.
• Demonstrate leadership skills by motivating, educating, delegating, and mentoring peers and team members, while managing patient care effectively.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS required before patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire in step-down and ICU areas.
• Unit specific certifications may be required.
