Registered Nurse - LTC

Summary We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Rehab Unit. The RN provides patient-centered, age-appropriate care by conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating patients and families to support recovery and independence. As a collaborative team member, the RN evaluates patient outcomes and adjusts care accordingly, ensuring adherence to professional standards. Qualifications & skills include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), an active Maryland RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and less than one year of experience (new graduates encouraged). Candidates should possess clinical judgment, communication, and basic technical skills, with familiarity in electronic medical records and medical terminology.
