Registered Nurse - LTC

About the Role

Join a team dedicated to rehabilitation and long-term care, providing patient-centered, safe, and age-appropriate care. As an RN, you will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and evaluate outcomes to support recovery and independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care aligned with professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Guide care planning based on patient and family needs
• Provide education to support recovery
• Adjust care plans as required
• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and best practices

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Active RN license in Maryland
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Less than one year of RN experience; new graduates encouraged to apply

Skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records and medical terminology
