Registered Nurse/LPN - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse or LPN for a full-time position on our Acute Rehab Unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess and address patients' psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and diversity needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, integrating direct and indirect care activities.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care, including goal setting, treatment, and discharge planning.
• Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with service excellence standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited RN or LPN/LVN program.
• Current Nevada nursing license and BLS certification.
• Preferred: One year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care.
