Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, families, and medical partners
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment that promotes independence and well-being
• Administer treatments
• Support residents’ quality of life
• Document care activities
• Foster a compassionate, respectful environment aligned with core values of care, character, and collaboration

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid and unencumbered state Nursing License
• 1+ years of LPN experience
• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is a plus
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented character
• Ability to work collaboratively and uphold high standards of care
