Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care to residents

- Maintain accurate documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, and medical partners
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid un‑encumbered state LPN license
- At least 1 year of LPN experience (assisted living or memory care experience a plus)
- Compassionate character
- Reliable work ethic
- Collaborative spirit
