Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time

About the role

Provide exceptional nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments per personalized care plans, collaborating with the team to ensure quality care, and maintaining accurate documentation. Focus on delivering compassionate customer service to residents, families, and medical partners, promoting a safe and comfortable environment that supports residents' independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid, unencumbered state Nursing License.
• At least 1 year of LPN experience.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.
