About the role

The practice RN/LPN will enhance the quality of care for patients managing Multiple Sclerosis and other immune‑deficient disease states, collaborating with physicians, clinical and administrative staff to lead patient education, medication authorization submission, phone triage, pre‑ and post‑visit communication, and other supportive tasks. The role includes mentoring and training non‑provider staff, ensuring patient safety, clinical excellence, and operational efficiency, and does not involve infusion suite duties.
