Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery - Nights

Role: Provides professional nursing care in accordance with state nursing laws and hospital policies, focusing on Labor & Delivery patients. Responsibilities Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and plan and evaluate care accordingly.Monitor patient progress and document observations.Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a healthcare team. Qualifications & Skills Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree required within five years if only an associate degree.Current Illinois RN licensure, BLS, ACLS (within six months), C-EFM (within one year), and NRP certification (within six months).Labor and delivery experience preferred. Additional Requirements: Demonstrates critical thinking, clinical assessment, and team collaboration skills.
