About the role
Per diem Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery providing compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers and newborns.
Responsibilities
- Provide triage, labor support, fetal monitoring, medication administration, and immediate postpartum care
- Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Respond to obstetric emergencies
- Educate patients and families about care procedures
- Accurately document all care in the EHR
- Collaborate with OB providers and the care team
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in obstetric nursing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
