Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery, Postpartum

The RN Lead for Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units oversees both units, providing compassionate, evidence‑based care while coordinating workflows, supervising bedside nurses, and fostering a faith‑based, holistic care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based care for mothers and newborns.
• Coordinate unit workflows and supervise bedside nurses.
• Perform maternal‑fetal assessments and administer medications.
• Support deliveries, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and engagement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality outcomes.
• Foster teamwork, professional development, and a faith‑based, holistic care environment.
