Registered Nurse - Labor and Birth

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing safe, effective, and patient-centered care in a Labor & Birth unit. Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process, evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, uphold patient rights, maintain confidentiality, and align with organizational standards. Deliver comprehensive care from low- to high-risk pregnancies in a collaborative, faith-based environment supported by specialized staff and advanced clinical expertise. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a nursing school (associate's, diploma, or BSN)Current RN license in the state or compact licensureBasic Life Support certification (American Heart Association) or complete within 30 daysAdditional certifications (e.g., ACLS, NRP, PALS, C-EFM) as required by the unitPhysical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks during shifts Key Duties: Provide patient care, evaluate outcomes, collaborate with healthcare teams, and support a safe, compassionate environment. Maintain necessary certifications and licensure to ensure compliance and high-quality service.
