About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring safety, effectiveness, and professional accountability.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate care effectiveness
• Cook up patient care with interdisciplinary teams
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
• Perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values

Unit Details

• Serves Mother/Baby patients across a full spectrum from low to high risk
• Supported by in-house specialists
• Focused on collaboration, clinical expertise, and safety

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure
• Basic Life Support certification
• Additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, PALS, or others may be required based on the unit

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform physical movements such as reaching, bending, and kneeling
