About the role
Provides and coordinates independent care to patients within a clinical specialty as a fully effective and participative member of the multidisciplinary patient care services team. This full-time position requires a professional who can work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with established protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license and relevant certifications.
- Proven experience as a Clinical Nurse, preferably at Level II or equivalent.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
