Role Overview: Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Qualifications & Skills Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).Current RN license in the state or valid licensure for practice in the relevant jurisdiction.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or specialty certifications may be required based on the unit.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movements during shifts.
