Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Certified Registered Nurse (RN) license in the appropriate state
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or specialty certifications based on unit requirements
Skills and Physical Demands
- Ability to push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Reach, bend, kneel, and twist as needed
