Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology

About the Role

Provides comprehensive nursing care in a high-acuity clinical setting, demonstrating independence and awareness of patient needs. Supports the hospital’s trauma center, emergency department, ICU, and surgical services, with a focus on delivering quality patient care and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care using the nursing process.
• Administers medications and treatments following protocols.
• Monitors treatment effects and documents patient information.
• Educates patients and families about care and resources.

• Applies standards of nursing practice.
• Manages complex emotional and social needs of patients.
• Delegates tasks appropriately.
• Develops contingency plans for clinical situations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Valid RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
