Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and coordination with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate care effectiveness
• Coordinate patient care
• Perform duties in accordance with standards
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient rights throughout all tasks

Requirements

• Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN licensure
• Basic Life Support certification
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or specialized unit certifications may be required based on department needs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, and perform movements like reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting during shifts
