About the Role
Plans, delivers, documents, and evaluates nursing care for patients in an assigned area, ensuring adherence to provider’s orders, nursing standards, and policies. Directs nursing personnel activities, observes and assesses patient conditions, and reports changes accurately. Maintains comprehensive documentation reflecting patient treatment and responses, supporting quality care and safety. Upholds the mission, vision, and service standards of the healthcare system.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with valid RN licensure in Ohio.
- Current Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 90 days.
- Knowledge of nursing theory, practice, medical sciences, and asepsis.
- Proficiency with medical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Prior clinical experience, including specialty certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, and CNOR, are preferred.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff and medical teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Physical coordination and dexterity required.
- Supervisory or project management experience a plus.
