Registered Nurse - Internal Travel Team - Emergency Department

Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment using evidence-based practices and technology. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop individualized care plans, and ensure patient safety and comfort across various units, including medical-surgical, cardiac, orthopedic, trauma, oncology, and women's services. The RN supports patient discharge planning, maintains compliance with legal and ethical standards, and documents care accurately. This role requires adaptability to float between units, strong critical thinking, and excellent communication skills. Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of recent ICU or Med/Surg experience, an active RN license, and BLS certification. The position involves manual dexterity, physical mobility, and frequent interactions with patients and staff.
