Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit

About the Role

Provide individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care within a multidisciplinary team. Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity and partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices
• Coordinate safe care delivery, ensure proper documentation, and promote a respectful, inclusive environment
• Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster a qualified future workforce
• Participate in protocol development, data collection, and resource management
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Valid RN license and required certifications (BLS, ACLS) upon hire
• Minimum of 2 years direct patient care experience
