Role: Registered Nurse Clinical Nurse Critical Care Responsibilities Provide individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care within a multidisciplinary teamPerform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practicesDeliver relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversityPartner with patients and families through effective communication and educationCoordinate safe care delivery, ensure proper documentation, and promote a respectful, inclusive environmentSupport performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practiceServe as a preceptor or mentor to foster a qualified future workforceParticipate in protocol development, data collection, and resource managementEnsure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred)Valid RN license and required certifications (BLS, ACLS) upon hireMinimum of 2 years direct patient care experience Skills Critical thinking and analytical skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesKnowledge of evidence-based clinical practices and regulationsAbility to mentor and support ongoing professional development
