About the role
We are seeking registered nurses for a dynamic Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) that offers exposure to diverse patient populations including neuro, trauma, post-op, and medical cases.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, intervention-focused nursing care to a varied patient group
- Collaborate closely with CNAs and interdisciplinary teams
- Manage patient ratios of 1:3–1:4 based on patient acuity
Requirements
- Current RN license (WI or compact eligible)
- Strong clinical foundation or eagerness to learn
- Team-oriented and adaptable attitude
