Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team in a clinical setting. Key Responsibilities Implement the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, using evidence-based practices.Deliver relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity, partnering with patients and families to ensure individualized care plans.Coordinate safe and effective care delivery, maintain thorough documentation, and foster respectful interdisciplinary communication.Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support evidence-based practice and research, and uphold clinical standards and organizational policies.Serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote workforce development and modeling professional nursing practice.Contribute to protocol development, resource management, and system safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).Current RN license with multi-state or single-state certification.Required certifications: BLS and ACLS, obtained upon hire or within specified timeframes.Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.Knowledge of clinical standards, evidence-based practice, and strong teamwork skills.
