Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit

We are seeking an Experienced Inpatient RN with over 1 year of clinical experience to join a fast-paced, intermediate care unit specializing in neuro and medical diagnoses. Key Responsibilities Include Performing comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plansImplementing nursing interventions, medication administration, and managing surgical sites, drains, and cathetersMonitoring patients via telemetry and conducting frequent physical assessmentsEnsuring patient safety through proper documentation and safety protocolsProviding excellent communication with patients and families through hourly rounding and bedside reportsMaintaining compliance with departmental standards and quality measures, especially for stroke/TIA patients Qualifications And Skills Required RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications (ACLS within 1 year)Over 1 year of nursing experience in a similar settingStrong clinical skills in medication management, telemetry, and patient assessmentsAbility to work collaboratively within a dedicated, supportive team
