Responsibilities
- Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practices
- Deliver relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice activities
- Mentor and serve as a resource for other nurses
- Develop protocols to improve patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards

Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current RN license (multi-state or single-state)
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience
