Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit

Role Overview: A Registered Nurse (RN) is sought to join the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU), providing patient-centered care for diverse medical diagnoses. The position involves applying clinical knowledge in critical and intermediate care settings. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care to patients in the IMCU.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical needs.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain documentation compliance. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Current RN licensure in the practice state; multi-state license acceptable.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS, PALS, and NRP as required by patient population.Experience in critical care preferred; certifications such as CCRN or CEN are advantageous.
