Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care

Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans using evidence-based practices and technology. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care, coordinate interventions, and ensure patient and family involvement. The RN delegates tasks appropriately, manages resources, and promotes professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate documentation. They evaluate patient responses, revise care plans as needed, and uphold high standards of communication, accountability, and patient care coordination.
