Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assesses: Performs comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical, social, and psychological status, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members.
• Plans: Develops individualized care plans with patient, family, and team input, including education and follow-up support.
• Implements: Coordinates and delegates care, manages priorities, and ensures proper resource utilization within professional standards.
• Evaluates: Monitors patient responses, reviews outcomes, and revises care plans as needed.

Professionalism

Holds oneself accountable to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, ensures accurate documentation, and promotes nursing development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license and BLS certification; BSN preferred, especially for less than 12 months of experience.
• Strong skills in patient care, documentation, communication, critical thinking, and team collaboration.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to read, communicate effectively, manipulate equipment, assist with patient transfers, and navigate busy environments.
• May involve driving and standing for extended periods.
