Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care experiences
- Create and adapt personalized patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress to achieve optimal health outcomes
- Assess and manage discharge needs
- Execute physician and nursing orders with precision
- Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and safety
Requirements
- BLS Provider within 30 days of hire
- Kansas Board of Nursing Registered Nurse credential
- Accredited nursing diploma or professional licensure
Qualifications
- Experience in stepdown intermediate care preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
