Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices, technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration. They direct and coordinate care, delegate appropriately, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction. The RN promotes professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, providing accurate documentation, and participating in the development of others. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, social, and psychological status.Develop individualized care plans with patient, family, and healthcare team input.Implement care by delegating tasks, coordinating with team members, and managing resources effectively.Evaluate patient outcomes, response to interventions, and revise care plans as needed.Maintain professionalism through compliance, documentation, and ethical practice. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license; basic life support certification.Strong skills in patient care, communication, critical thinking, documentation, and care coordination.Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) and leadership experience. Physical & Additional Requirements Ability to see, hear, communicate effectively, manipulate equipment, and assist with patient transfers.Capability to stand, walk, and lift as needed, including heavy items and patients.
