Responsibilities
- Ensures optimal patient care.
- Communicates and Educates effectively to patients on the level of understanding their process and discharge.
- Maintains accurate patient records and documentation.
- Sustains a conductive work environment and recognizes emergent situations.
- Follows HIPAA compliance.
- Competent in nursing skills and personally responsible and reliable.
- Follows all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Administers medications and therapies in accordance with the RN Nurse Practice Act and TRH policies.
- Proficient recognizing cardia rhythms and understanding advanced airway support and ventilation assistance.
- Certified with advanced monitoring equipment.
Requirements
- Associate degree required.
- Valid KY RN license.
- At least 1-2 years experience preferred.
Job Demands
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Maintain accurate and concise documentation.
- Frequent bending, standing, and walking.
- Lift over 50 lbs.
