Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in the Intensive Care Unit, making a positive impact on patients, families, and visitors through compassion, kindness, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive assessments and communicates findings with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develops, documents, and updates individualized care plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Ensures compliance with safety, medication, and documentation policies.
• Completes clinical research forms using recent U.S.-based research articles.
• Maintains required certifications, completes mandatory training, and participates in continuing education.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid RN license in the relevant state and BLS certification.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Physical ability to perform medium work tasks, including walking and standing frequently.

Pay

The salary range is $39.74 - $52.99 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The role involves working 36 hours per week, with shifts from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, including weekends and holidays.
