Job Responsibilities

  • Organize, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Absolutely participate in interdisciplinary lodge-based performance improvement teams.
  • Transcribe physician’s orders accurately; safely administer medication and treatment, and document patient responses.
  • Effectively utilize The Employee Performance Management system and progressive disciplinary policy and standard.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain patient care groups.
  • Perform basic patient education to include safe and effective use of medication, equipment, and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Establish and maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment with consideration of age, culture, and privacy.
  • Adhere to all Corporate Compliance Policies/Procedures, provide quality patient care and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Attend at least 20 hours of training per year in addition to all mandatory.

Minimum And Additional Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and related nursing experience.
  • Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds; ability to see, hear at normal volumes, stand, walk, reach, pull, stoop, bend and climb at least two or three flights of stairs.
  • Ability to tolerate noise level and circulate in patient areas for long periods. Must be able to work with repetitive patient behaviors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (or another language) are a plus.

Post Hire, Employees Must Be highly flexible, adaptable, and have an attitude that focuses on evidence-based care of patients and performance improvement.
Have successful completion of in-service training.
Have ability to perform MAPS/MANDT techniques.

Available Shifts

  • 3-Day Work Week DAYS (7:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
  • 3-Day Work Week NIGHTS (7:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
  • 4-Day Workweek Combination Two 12-hr DAY/Two 8-hr EVENING (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
  • 4-Day Workweek Combination Two 12-hr NIGHT/Two 8-hr NIGHT (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
