About the role

Inpatient Rehab is a 16 bed unit with an average length of stay around 10-14 days. We provide rehabilitation services for patients recovering from a wide range of injuries and conditions. Our multidisciplinary team works with patients and their physicians to create customized treatment plans to help them get back to the activities they love.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, safe, and quality care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Assess patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care.

Requirements

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
