Role Overview

Position: Inpatient Acute Rehab Nurse
Full-time night shift role involving care coordination, implementing and adjusting care plans, interpreting and executing physician orders, and monitoring patient status.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining thorough documentation
• Communicating with healthcare teams
• Managing discharge planning to ensure smooth patient transitions

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or recognized multi-state license
• BLS certification within 1 month of hire
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program
• Critical thinking
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines
