Registered Nurse- Inpatient Dialysis
Provides professional nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care. Functions as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams, delivering direct patient care, instruction, and preparation for continuing care after discharge. May take charge as operational need allows.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care based on nursing assessment and care planning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide instruction and preparation for patients' continuing care post-discharge.
- Assume charge responsibilities as operational needs require.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Appropriate experience in the specific clinical area (varies by unit; greater than one year of experience).
