About the Role
Registered Nurse in inpatient dialysis units providing 24-hour care for acute and chronic renal failure patients across all ages from neonate to geriatric.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate nursing care and deliver direct patient care
- Educate patients and families
- Support transitions of care
- Mentor colleagues and participate in quality improvement activities
- Support professional practice across various settings
- Delegate tasks appropriately
- Demonstrate leadership through roles such as preceptor and committee participation
- Occasional driving responsibilities
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- At least one year of RN experience
- Valid RN license
- BLS certification
- Additional state or specialty certifications as required
- Eligible for TN sponsorship

Pay
Compensation range of $43.84–$66.84 per hour.
