Registered Nurse - Infusion Center - Days

Role: Registered Nurse, Infusion Clinic Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate nursing care by developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.Assess patients, gather health data, and communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.Educate patients and families tailored to their cultural background and learning needs, supporting self-management and disease understanding.Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, and support professional development.Assist with technical procedures such as injections, venipuncture, IV management, and oxygen therapy.Participate in performance improvement and research activities, monitoring wound/ostomy care if skilled.Ensure compliance with HIPAA and assist with transporting acutely ill patients as needed. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required)1 year oncology/infusion nursing experience (preferred)Current Illinois RN licensure (required)BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association (required) Key Attributes: Strong communication, assessment, teaching, teamwork, and clinical skills to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
