Registered Nurse - Infusion Center - Days

About the Role

This position supports optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical infusion setting, working Monday to Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care by developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
• Assess patient health data and communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Individualize patient education and provide emotional support.
• Support professional development and assist with technical procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement and research initiatives.
• Monitor wound and ostomy care when skilled.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with patient transport if needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required).
• Illinois RN license (required).
• BLS/CPR certification (required).
• 1 year of oncology or infusion experience (preferred).

Skills

• Strong assessment, communication, teaching, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in technical procedures related to infusion therapy.
