Registered Nurse - Infusion Center - Days

About the Role

This role involves delivering high-quality infusion nursing services, supporting patient education, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team to promote positive health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care by developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess patient health data.
• Communicate and educate patients and families.
• Support professional development of self and others.
• Assist with technical procedures, including infusion therapies.
• Participate in performance improvement and research initiatives.
• Monitor wound and ostomy care.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions.
• Assist with patient transport as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current Illinois RN license.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Preferred: 1 year of oncology or infusion experience.
